COVID-19: Jilin City adjusted local epidemic risk level from low to medium

The Global Times is reporting that local authorities in Chuanying district, in Jilin City of NE China's Jilin Province, has adjusted local epidemic risk level from low to medium after the district reported one COVID-19 case. The city reported in total four new domestically-transmitted cases on Friday. 

Jilin City, northeast China's Jilin Province, has imposed a complete lockdown Jilin City has a population of over four million. This follows clusters in neighbouring city Shulan and is giving rise to speculation that the second wave in China is swelling.
