BoE's Carney: Too early to judge Brexit white paper

During a scheduled testimony on the Financial Stability Report before the Treasury Select Committee, the Bank of England (BoE) Governor Mark Carney warned on the potential risks in the event of a no-deal Brexit scenario and said that there would be big economic consequences.
