Japan's Yamaguchi: They will discuss sales tax delay

More headlines crossing the wires on the ongoing chatter regarding sales tax hike delay in Japan, with the latest from Natsuo Yamagichi, Komieito's junior party leader. Mr.  Yamagichi noted that his party will discuss Abe's plans to delay the tax hike.

This news is contradictory the earlier from the Nikkei, reported by Reuters, citing Abe's coalition partner having said to agree to sale tax hike delay.

Meanwhile, USD/JPY continues to climb higher and hits new five-week highs at 111.39, before meeting fresh supply to now trade near 111.25 levels, still up +0.82% on the day.
