1. How to make a deposit?
1. Log in to your profile.
2. Choose your primary trading account and press New deposit.
3. Select the payment option you prefer, specify the deposit amount, and press Continue.
4. Fill in additional information if required and confirm the deposit.
2. How do I know that deposits with you are safe?
We use separate accounts to isolate your funds from the company's balance sheet. Besides, your personal data is protected by SSL technology whenever you transact with us.
3. What is the deposit bonus, and how does it work?
Our deposit bonus is a booster you can use for trading and cash out in some time. For that, you first need to trade a certain volume. Usually, the required volume is half of your bonus amount, but in lots. For example, if you invest 100 USD with a 50% bonus (150 USD), you should trade 25 standard lots.
4. How to withdraw funds?
1. Log in to your profile and press Withdraw.
2. Verify your profile using our verification flow if you still need to do it.
3. If you are already verified, choose your account and enter the amount you'd like to withdraw.
4. Fill in your Octa PIN and the required information in other fields.
5. Press Request, ensure the data you've provided is correct, and then confirm it.
Note that your free margin must exceed the withdrawal amount. Otherwise, our financial department will not be able to process your request.
5. Why and how do I verify my profile?
Profile verification allows you to withdraw funds and helps us authorise your transactions to protect you against fraud. It also unlocks additional payment options and trading instruments (for example, stocks and shares).
To submit the verification request, log in to your profile, open settings, and press Profile verification. Fill in the required information and attach two documents specified below.
1. Your NINS, passport, driver's licence, or any other document verifying your identity.
2. Your birth certificate.
Usually, the verification process takes a few minutes. If the photos do not meet the requirements, it may take up to two hours.
